This is so adorable!! It is a bit too tight for me under the arms. It’s a small but I should have asked more questions. I did not wear it and I am not sure it has been worn at all. Amazing condition, basically brand new. It is a light stretchy ribbed material. PTP 12” with a little stretch Under arm to the longest point of fringe approximately 41” Shortest point of fringe approx 32”
