The shoes are new. They are a one piece. The leggings can’t be separated from the boots. They are size US 6. I am an European size 36, US 5.5, my insole measures 23cm/9.06” and I have wide feet. They are a little big for me. With thick socks they fit me well, but I am very uncomfortable with that. They will not come with a box. The boot-pants fit high waisted, the fabric is solid, light and very stretchy. The leggings don’t have compression. For reference I am a standard size S,120lbs and 5’2” The sole is chunky and a little heavy. They are extremely comfortable, but I don’t have where to wear them.
