This lovely dress is in good condition but has a piece of the lace fraying away close to the neckline on the front as shown in a photo. There are belt loops but not belt. You can use any of your favorite belts! Please make sure to check measurements as shown in photos before purchasing and if possible compare measurements to an item you have now. There are measurements in the photos in regards to the length as some dresses on taller woman vs shorter women could be described as short VS knee length or midi VS long as well depending on the woman so my best description is the measurements in the photos.
