While this fleece is marked as a medium, I think it appears to be more of a small or even a Girls L/XL. The pit to pit measurement is 17 inches across and the length is 22 inches from shoulder to bottom hem. It’s in great condition except for a small worn mark on the front and back of the one shoulder. I have included photos of these 2 spots. They aren’t very noticeable unless you are inspecting the jacket. 😊
