White + Warren Black Cashmere Sweater Skirt. Great condition, a little fuzzy. Closest to pencil to but has a tiny flare at bottom. Just over 3” elastic waist band along the top. Bottom band: 2 1/8” Waist: 14 1/8th” Length: 19 3/4” Cashmere/Nylon- very soft I do not believe this has been worn more than once. Between mini/above above knee (length can be adjusted depending on how high you wear it on your waist). Perfect go-to skirt to wear anywhere.
