White Tulle Dress Size M

NWT!!!! I seriously loved this dress, it just didn’t fit me right. It has ruffled tulle layers, tulle shoulder ties, and lightly padded top with adjustable straps. It fits nicely on top and has a little bit of a flare in the skirt part. It isn’t see-through at all
