Caliban made in‎ Italy cotton/linen pinstriped blue dress size 42 ( US 6) womens

Caliban made in Italy cotton/linen pinstriped blue dress size 42 ( US 6) womens **dress retails for 298 and has never been worn, however when I removed the tag it made a tiny pinhole in the upper left chest area (see photos). Will price accordingly.
