This piece is part of an archival closet clean-out for a popular European tv celebrity. This gorgeous Vivienne Westwood Red Label one of a kind was worn only twice: once on the runway as the celebrity guest at the VW Fashion Week Milan show, and once more when my client was the guest on a popular tv talk show. The photos here are from these two occasions. At the fashion show it was paired with the wide golden belt seen here, *this is not included with the dress* and was a stylist’s addition. The gown features a slight off the shoulder draped neck line which makes for a beautiful bust line. The top portion of the dress is a boned and firm corset, while the bottom skirt portion is loose and flowy and romantic and features a unique asymmetry. It is a rich color brown which looks spectacular on many different skin and hair tones. It has some stretch to it despite being a firm corset on top, it is meant to fit snug and would best fit a US 4 or 6. This is a one of a kind archival haute couture piece with a terrific pedigree and only 2 brief wearings. Worn twice by our celebrity client: once at VW Milan runway show and once for a tv appearance.
