Vasna Desire Vintage 1990s Vintage tulle dress with 3 layers of ruffled hemline Seed pearl beads, spaghetti straps, empire waist, beautifully detailed Some rust stains from several years in storage, mostly in the ruffled hemline. I believe a dry cleaner could remove them. Less visible to the eye than they are to the camera. Or you could tea stain the entire dress to cover them up.
