Pre-owned with signs of wear. This is an old piece with some green and blue enamel plate chips, notable scratches on the large original blue rhinestones and metal dulling from age. Color would have at one time been a stronger gold tone. This is a wonderful piece worthy of a restore or added to a new collection as is. Sold as is. No returns.
