Vintage‎ Owl Necklace Brass? Blue

This adorable owl necklace has incredible vibrant blue eyes! It does not have a makers name and it does not have a clasp. The chain is long enough to just put over your head. I do not know the metal of the pendant or the chain but they look like they MIGHT be tarnished brass. It is, however, very light.
