Vintage new with tags 1980s Evan Picone white silk Shantung skirt, Size 14 Petite. Still has tags -- sold for $88 at Macy's in the early 1980s, a luxury skirt. 100% silk shell with an acetate lining. Back zip and eye & hook closure. Back slit -- still sewn. 15" waist laid flat, 21" hips laid flat, 25" top of waistband to bottom hem. In New condition with no noted flaws.
