Vintage London Fog parka. Size is a women’s XS. Jacket is a zip up with buttons as well. Side waist adjustable straps and two front button closure pockets. Neck does have a drawstring. The brown buttons have wear and seems to be more of a leather material. There is not holes or stains. Comes from a smoke free & dog friendly home.
