No brand. Retro stretchy elastic belt from the 1980s. Wide yellow elastic band. Soft, strong, stretchy, comfortable elastic. Yellow plastic oval buckle with a swirly marble looking design. Hook & bar metal interlocking closure. Size: S Buckle: 2.5” tall X 3 1/4” wide Width: 2” Length Laying Flat: 25” Length Stretched: 28” Good Condition, minimal signs of wear. No rust on metal. Elastic is good & still stretchy.
