carole little Vintage 80s long sleeve top size 12

Vintage 80s Carole Little printed long sleeve top size 12. Has one button in the front. Floral print. There is a weird fabric loop at the top of the blouse, not sure what it was for, maybe it originally came with a scarf but I do no have that. You can see it in the picture with the label.
