Vintage 70s Paul Stanley Pale Yellow Floral Pleated Midi Dress

Pale yellow with dusty rose floral print. Deep V-neck with single tie closure. Sleeveless. Pleated skirt. Sheer. Rayon/nylon blend. Vintage size 4 - see measurements as vintage sizing differs from modern sizing. Elastic waist is 90% shot. I wore it belted and didn’t miss the elastic at all.
