Vintage 70s Momentum green white polka dot ruffle maxi dress

So cute! Vintage Union Made dress from Momentum. White with green polka dots and a ruffle on the bottom hem. No size tag found, approx a modern XS? measures 14” flat at high waist under bust seam. No noted stains Only flaw is the stitching on the bottom end on the side of the zipper is coming loose. It’s stitched on with clear thread, which I don’t own so unfortunately cannot mend myself.
