Vintage 50s Tartan Plaid Wool(?) Skirt Red Green S

Vintage, I believe 1950s, red and green slightly Aline skirt with side, metal, zipper and button closure. Angle decorative pocket with button tabs at one hip and belt loops for a thin belt. There are no tags anywhere on the skirt. I believe it is wool and it has been treated like wool, but I cannot confirm. Flat measures 23.5 inches long and there is a 4 inch ham that could be let out if you wanted. Measure 13.5 inches straight across the waist and across the hip. No stains or holes.
