This features a red rayon crepe base, full acetate lining, scoop neckline, scoop back, capelet shoulders, short sleeves, bustier, bow front, bow boning, fitted waist, fitted pencil wiggle skirt, rear pleated kick pleat, and metal back zipper. Slightly off shoulder. Laying flat measurements: Bust: 17” across armpit to armpit
