Victor Peter Ltd., established in Los Angeles, California in 1997, specializes in fashion and home accessories made of vintage silk and silk-blend obi and kimono textiles. All products are hand made in our Los Angeles design studio. The company formed when the designer and co-owner, Michael V. Rosen, could not find unique neckwear for his personal use and started making ties from vintage kimono fabric. The one-of-a-kind designs were instantly popular with friends and customers at the retail shop he owned with his partner, Robert P. Perez. They were encouraged to expand their product line to include scarves for both men and women, stoles, handbags, and pillows to satisfy a broader market. This little bucket shaped bag is made with vertical panels of vintage fabric. A tassel hangs from the bottom. Strap is a Fabric rope. Original tag with information about the piece is included.
