Rails Slip Dress

Solene Cobalt Beautiful, lightweight fabric Tie top in the back I think someone tried to wash this wrong because there are a couple of spots where the fabric is pulled (pictured, last 2 pictures) They may be able to be ironed out but I didn’t want to mess with it further. Still a beautiful dress!!
