Urban Outfitters Plaid Mini Skort

this is super clueless/90s! i’ve never had a chance to wear it out so i’m letting it go. there is no size but it kinda fits like a m/l. the waist is elastic so even though the waist is 28 inches it can probably fit up to a 31-32 inch waist. i’m a 30 and i fit! the whole skirt is stretchy so you can add a couple inches to the measurements. i think this is an urban outfitters brand measurements (laying flat) waist: 14in hips: 18in length: 13in rise: 12
