These are a beautiful pair of vintage 80’s high waisted shorts by Marina Pappas Block Island. These shorts have an elastic waist and are in excellent vintage condition. Size petite large. Measurements Waist: 15 inches (has plenty more stretch if needed) Length: 20 inches
