Braided rope, bag is 12 inches at the widest point and 19 inches from bottom of bag to the beginning of the rope strap. Very gently used. There is a lipstick stain in the small part which slightly bled to the other main part-visible in pics. I am going to hit it with a Tide pen and hope for the best.
