Tory Burch women's skirt in size 4, made in China. The skirt is navy blue and features buttoned flap pockets at the front. back zipper for closure. Buttons have tory burch on them. I tried to picture that but it is hard to capture. There is a very small hole in the inside lining. This is not visible on the outside. Approximate Measurements Laying Flat Waist 15” Length 18.5”
