Slightly adjustable waist with button adjustments on each side. Just under 30" waist with 8.5" rise (waist can be adjusted smaller if desired) inseam is about 30.5" with an 8" leg opening at the bottom of the pants. About 38" at hip and about 39" tall top to bottom overall. Very good pre-owned condition with light wear only. no flaws noted. 899
