The Row flat front low rise slim taper trousers with hook, button and zip closure. Polyester, viscose and elastin blend. These trousers are super dark blue, almost black. As a matter fact, they’ve passed as black at times, and I am including a photo of a black item and a dark blue item laying on the pants to give you an idea of the color.
