Street Code women's medium black stretch boot cut back zipper closure pants

Women's Street Code black stretch pants, size medium. These are boot cut and have a back zipper closure. Made in the USA! No care tag attached. These could be casual or dressy. I feel these are wrinkle resistant in my opinion. Please see pic circled in red - the waistband tends to flip forward but that may not happen when it's being worn, I can't be sure but a stitch would take care of it. Excellent condition otherwise.
