NWT Steven Alan Redwood Floral Silk Top in Blue and White. Size small, measures 19.5" armpit to armpit, 25.5" shoulder to hem, 19" sleeve. 100% silk. Pleating in the front, slight peplum, navy with floral pattern, buttons down the back, 3/4 sleeves. Tags attached, but does have scent from previous posher. In perfect condition.
