Vintage ski pants. Inside bottom has a stirrup and elastic to keep out the cold and snow, covered with a boot cut, flared leg. Vintage sizing usually run small and these are no exception. I would say at the biggest they are a snug size too. Of course ski pants like this should be worn skin tight. My model wears a size 2 to 4 and it took a little effort to zip them up.
