Shortie Romper Tie Shoulders Black/White Ditsy Floral

Gently used shortie romper. No brand label. Zip back entry, adjustable tie shoulders, smocked stretchy back and wide, flutter leg openings. Black with tiny white flowers. Cannot read entire fabric content label but it does say polyester. Measures 17" pit to pit, 15" across waist, 23" from middle of bust to hem, 21.5" from under armpit to hem, inseam is 2".
