Gibson Latimer brand, bright neon orange sleeveless tunic blouse or very short dress, zipper in front, a little lower in back than front, hi-lo, excellent pre-owned to like new condition, plastic tag piece from where original tag was attached is still on shirt, so likely NWOT condition, but listing as excellent EUC as I am not 100% sure, women's size large, great for summer and could also be worn as a swimsuit cover up at the beach or pool!
