Reformation vintage 90s style semi swift Baby Blue blazer jacket

Re-listed from previous seller! I loved the look of it but sadly it squeezes my arm bit and can’t stand jackets that do that! Otherwise it fit great I never wore it out but the buckle is splitting (pictured)… I assume just because it’s an older blazer. Could easily be fixed with some fabric glue or sewing it back together.
