Pre-owned. The artist mark is very hard to read because of a faint worn stamp. All you can really make out is Jewelry with a circle to the left that is also fading. The “jewelry” word is half covered by the pinback. The 10 is illegible as well - there are no signs of it. The glue for the pin back is aging so darking and more visible on the backside.
