Rare London NWT Baby Blue Fringe Detail Halter Maxi Dress

Unopened, NWT, never been worn fringe, maxi dress with halter neckline. I bought two sizes for a wedding, kept the other size and received SO MANY compliments. It’s bold enough to stand out but not too showy to outshine the bride if wearing to a wedding. Perfect for a black tie or formal event.
