Welcome! This is a lovely dress never worn! I'm normally a Small or XSmall but this fits me! The material is Stretchy so it can fit XSmall to Medium! Length from top to bottom is about 32.5" From armpit to armpit about 15.5" There is a crescent Rhinestone decoration that is supposed to go across the neck but one of the stitches came out. Can easily be fixed or left as is!
