Stretchy. Smooth feeling. The sports bra is slightly darker than the pictures depict. The sports bra shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment layingn flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 14 1/2 inches, the underbust is13 1/2 inches, and from top of the sports bra to the bottom is 12 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
