Parker Silk cascade ruffle racer back lined dress in a black and white print. This has a belt and is very well made. I’ve pictured some of the dress’ construction in pics. This is in excellent condition and very true to size could probably fit an extra small since there is very little stretch. Excellent condition overall a couple of small pulls in fabric at the very top but if your hair is at your shoulders you would never see it. Pics in gallery.
