This is in used preowned condition showing wear and tear. The beading does have some imperfections/missing beads/loose strands throughout. The overlay on bottom has some snags/pulls. The zipper is on the tougher side to zip up but does work. Tag has a red marker mark on it. This does have shoulder to pads. Still has wear left. Approx measurements 21 inches from armpit to armpit 49 inches from top of shoulder to hem
