Yellow floral mini skirt from Pacsun! Super cute mid/low rise depending on your waist size. Only worn a couple times it just doesn't fit me right. The skirt is size 26 but i usually wear a size 25 so it's slightly big on me and falls low rise, but it is more of a mid-rise fit for a true size 26!
