Monsoon Velvet Collared Mini Dress

This dress has a collar and front buttons as well as structured shoulders. The dress is black and bronze pattern with gold metallic cheetah print overlay. I am 5’ 2 and the dress hits me about 4 inches above my knee. Only been worn once but has been in the closet for over a year. There is some very mild peeling on one side of the collar as shown in picture and a pull on the inside of the dress by the tag that cannot be seen when worn also shown in the picture.
