Knee high rutched leather boots Size 9.5

I wore them once a few months ago and hate to see them sitting in my closet!! they were like brand new in excellent condition heel height 5 inches I range between a size 9, 9 1/2 and 10 I'm not so sure what size these boots are but I have white feet and they fit me perfectly so
