I purchased this cute vintage ‘90s Express blue and green pleated mini skirt at a secondhand boutique in Los Angeles, and discovered the label is stamped with “WDS” (Walt Disney Studios) + features a “Disney Pictures & TV” sticker, which makes me think it’s from the set of a Disney film or show - regrettably I’m not sure which one, but it’s a super cute ‘90s piece! Style it with turtleneck, blazer and loafers for a preppy vintage look, or grunge it up with a baggy sweater and sneakers. Waist measures 12 1/2 inches across, length is 17 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. The size tag is a 1/2; it fits like a modern U.S. Women’s XS.
