ABS Allen Schwartz NWT size 16 black chiffon on and velvet midi dress

This dress does not photograph well but it’s gorgeous. I got it at Saks for some cocktail party but did not go so it just sat in my closet! It’s got elastic at the waist and tons of drape. It’s is lined to the knee approximately. No obvious flaws that I can see.
