Like new/new without tags or excellent used condition Coach women's "Bowery" black leather Chelsea boots with silvery beading detail, US size 7.5, Euro size 38. These boots are stunning! They look to me like they've been tried on but not worn outside. The soles do not appear to have any wear. The inside and exterior are super clean.
