Cute textured tie front neon cut out swim suit. All tags have been cut out. I think its a no boundaries suit. I thought it was vintage. Clean crotch. Prob fits size small-XS. Very stretchy. GUC except for some light staining on the inside liner at the top (shown in photo). Pads not included. Measurements taken laying flat are approximately: Shoulder to crotch center: 25” Pit to pit: 13.5” Waist: 12.5”
