This gorgeous Nicole Miller dress has a base layer of black satin covered with a sheer layer that has embroidered geometric shapes scattered throughout. The top has both boning and elastic to hold it in place off-the-shoulder. (see photo #4). There is an empire waist and then the skirt flares out and is flowy.
