Victoria Wieck Shimmering Crystal Silver Bangle Watch, new without tags. The dial has fixed crystals and "floating" crystals that move around the dial glass. This is a bangle that will fit most small to medium wrists. I got it about 8 years ago and has sat in a watch box so I'm assuming it needs a new battery which is $5-10.
