This Monsoon maxi dress has vintage 1920's vibes with its art deco design. A v-neck sleeveless dress with an empire waist and slim skirt. Pink, blue, gold, and purple sequins splay out in strips of glittery color on this black lined gown. The skirt is Swiss dot mesh with a zig zag sequin pattern at the waist and vertical stripes of the shimmer to the floor. You won't see another dress like this.
