New with return tag from ModCloth. I just ordered it, but I’m between a 4 & 6 and I should have ordered a 4. Only tried on. -vintage-inspired, embroidered fit-and-flare dress -white cotton-blend weave with vertical stripe detailing that is accented by a vibrant rainbow of embroidered geometric motifs in shades of green, blue, pink, and purple. -short sleeves, sweetheart neckline with front button-up detailing, and a waistline that gives way to a retro-fabulous, knee-length swing skirt with ample gathering throughout for added volume. Cotton. Hand wash. Side pockets. Fully lined. Back zipper with hook and eye closure. Imported Fabric does not provide stretch.
